All microbiological tests are performed in the Food and Environment Laboratory of the Institute of Medical Veterinary Science (IMVS). This is the leading food microbiological testing laboratory in South Australia.
The laboratory is National Association of Testing Authorities(NATA) accredited, TGA accredited and is incorporated under the ISO accreditation of the Infectious Diseases Laboratory of the IMVS.
