TECHNOLOGY COMMERCIALISATION
Medvet is the agent of the IMVS and the Royal Adelaide Hospital for the protection and commercialisation of medical and scientific intellectual property from pathology and hospital environments.
Medvet Laboratories - Linking Science to Markets:
- Evaluates novelty and market potential of innovations
- Protects IP - patents, trademarks, confidentiality agreements
- Markets IP and identifies strategic partners
- Negotiates licenses and other commercial agreements
- Manages commercially sponsored research agreements
- Distributes revenue from IP according to institutional policy
- Provides financial support to add value to key IP.
Medvet Laboratories Commercial Managers will work to progress opportunities down relevant commercial paths, covering all aspects of market evaluation, marketing and pitching of opportunities to industry and funding providers, through to contract negotiation and execution. We will consult with you through this process and will require your assistance to ensure positive outcomes for all parties.
