Why should I drug test?
Every employer has a duty of care to ensure a safe working environment for their employees. When we begin testing at organisations we consistently find that approximately 12% of their workforce tests positive to either alcohol, illicit drugs or over the counter medication that can cause impairment in the workplace.
Risk minimisation is therefore the most common reason to begin random drug testing.
