Agreement of Participants
All participants must give their consent to samples being taken and for the test to be conducted. Children under 18 years must have the consent of their mother, father if appropriate, or legal guardian.
You are not required to initiate the process through a legal advisor, we are happy to talk you through the process. However, it may be advisable to consult legal advice as to the implications of the results.
We will ask for some details about each participant when the test is arranged and will also need the name and address of the person who has agreed to authorise payment.
