Naturopath Testing Services

Medvet offers an unrestricted range of diagnostic pathology tests to aid naturopaths to better manage their patients. Patients may present at any IMVS Collection Centre with a request form to have their  samples collected.  For collection centre locations go to the IMVS web site and click on contact us.  In order to do this you must have an account with Medvet and supply the patient with a correctly completed request form.

In order to be able to request pathology tests you will need to do the following:

Step 1

Establish an account with Medvet. To do this you will need to download the following forms, fill them in and fax them back to Medvet.

• Credit Application 
• Test Result Information Sheet

Step 2

Order Personalised Request Forms

If you would like to have some personalised request forms created for your clinic you will need to contact Medvet. You will be asked for the following information:

• Clinic Name
• Practitioners Name
• Clinic Address
• Clinic Phone Number
• Emergency Phone Number (to report any urgent or abnormal results)
• Delivery address for request forms

Once you have done this we will send out request forms to your clinic and you will be ready to start ordering.
