An Aushealth representative will assist with appointments and / or admission to hospital once the following has been completed:

• Medical information has been received
• Medical information has been reviewed by Medical Specialist
• A Treatment Fee Estimate has been provided to the patients
• "Acknowledgment of Responsibility for Payment" form has been signed
• Advance payment has been received
• Medical treatment Visa has been issued by the Visa Department of the Australian Embassy or Consulate
